HOW TO ORDER?

Go to SHOP in MENU or click SHOP NOW on our home page. Select the product(s) you want, click BUY IT NOW and choose your method of payment. Your funds are transferred immediately and securely. An order confirmation will be sent via email shortly after an order is placed on our website.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery standard for your package to be sent inside U.S.A. is 9 to 18 business days.

Delivery to an international destination

The delivery standard for mail sent from Canada to another country (except the U.S.A.) is 12 to 25 business days.

These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

You can make payments using a variety of methods including: debit or credit cards, a bank account,  PayPal Cash,  PayPal Credit and rewards balance.

WHAT IS PAYPAL CREDIT PROTECTION?

PayPal Credit offers protection against unauthorized transactions and billing errors, including items not received and items received that are significantly not as described. When you submit a PayPal Purchase Protection dispute on a transaction funded by PayPal Credit, the transaction will be placed in dispute on your PayPal Credit Account. This means you will not be responsible to repay the disputed transaction amount while the dispute is investigated and interest and fees will not be assessed while we review your dispute. This step will occur automatically when you use the dispute process in the PayPal Resolution Center.

If your dispute involves a transaction that is not identified in the Resolution Center or your dispute involves a billing error that is not related to a specific transaction, you can call PayPal Credit at 1-866-528-3733 to submit your dispute.

WHAT IS HAWKSKATE’S RETURN POLICY?

30 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, please contact us at hawkskateofficial@gmail.com To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as discount products.
